The Via Flaminia is a place where an intangible cultural patrimony has been collected thanks to the knowledge exchange inside local communities. The tangible cultural patrimony consists of many well-preserved archaeological evidences, still existing, linked with the consular roman route.
The FLAMINIA NEXTONE project – Project part of Cultural Evolved District of Via Flaminia - is developed starting from the recognition of the uniqueness and value of identity of the territory crossed by the Roman road that since antiquity represented an important axis of communication and center of economic activity.
The Marche Region promotes the project of cultural evolved district (DCE) in Marche as a strategic action of regional planning coherently promoted with the European directives. Addresses, procedures and parameters to classify regional projects of DCE are identified in DGR 1753/2012.
